Refund Policy

Books:

I use high-quality shipping materials, but if your book arrives damaged for any reason, I will happily replace and refund it, minus the shipping fees. Please contact me with your request.

Trainings:

Because of the digital nature of the author training content and because you will have access to all of the exciting information right away, I will not be offering refunds. So- great news- the training is yours to keep and use whenever you want!

Author Coaching:

Coaching sessions that are canceled within 24 hours notice will be refunded or rescheduled. Let’s find a better time that works for you! No-shows for coaching appointments will not be refunded.
