Books for Mental Health Month

 

While I believe that taking care of your mental health is a year-round activity, May is a good excuse to talk about it 😊 When it comes to self-care, here are some of the things I am working into my weekly routine:

☀️ Getting outside for vitamin D when I can

🩰 Taking an adult ballet class- it's become the best part of my week
