Stop Telling People to Buy Your Book

 

Or, more specifically, you need to stop ONLY telling people to buy your book. When authors reach out to me for advice on publishing and marketing their books, one of the first things I do is hop over to their social media accounts. 

Most of the time I find that most of their posts are spent telling people about their books- how to buy, when to buy, and where to buy. And guess what? I don't think that's the best strategy. 

So what should you do instead?

Over the past 2 years, I've developed a strategy that has allowed me to consistently and authentically connect with readers, grow a significant online following, and generate over $22,000 in book sales
